Shipping & Returns
Enjoy complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders of $50 or more within Singapore and $350 or more for International orders.
For Expedited Shipping, charges apply.
Shipping charges for returned orders
The shipping charges of all refunds and returns are to be borne by the client. We will only bear the shipping charges for replacement items in the case of incorrect or damaged items received by the client.
Shipping time
Once we receive an order, each item is carefully checked and then packed to be shipped out, within 3 working days.
Order Cancellation
Can an order be cancelled once placed?
In the event you change your mind after placing an order, please write to us at 'sujata@milascreation.com' within 24 hours of placing the order, we will cancel the order for you, with a full refund of the amount paid. This will only be applicable provided the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
For Urgent and Bespoke Orders, there will be no cancellations.
Gift options
We are happy to send our creations with special gift wrapping. This may cost a little more, depending on the request. Please write to us at 'sujata@milascreation.com'
Alterations or Special Requests
Each of our creations are one-of-a-kind, and every product is created either one or in limited quantities. However, should you wish to buy more than one piece, or request for any alterations, please write to us at 'sujata@milascreation.com', and we will confirm if we are able to fulfill your request. Kindly mention the Product Code as a reference

Damaged piece received
Each piece is carefully checked and ensured they are in good condition, and then packed with extreme care before shipping out an item. In the event an item gets damaged during shipping, please send us an email at 'sujata@milascreation.com' with a picture of the damaged piece, soon after you receive the package. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for you within 7 days of receiving the returned item, via the same mode of the original payment, minus the shipping fees.
Please arrange to return the item via a trackable service and send us the tracking number of the shipment.
